zamano PLC have announced that Rod Matthews has stepped down from the Board effective 1 September 2009 to pursue other interests, and that John Michael Watson (‘Mike’) has been appointed as Chairman.
Mike has been a Non-Executive Director of zamano since September 2006. He previously held the positions of Director of Marketing and Technical for ICL/Fujitsu, Managing Director of BICC Technologies and more recently CEO of Tertio. He brings to the role of Chairman significant experience of AIM listed businesses, as well as deep knowledge of the sector and zamano’s markets.
